About Nest Egg Auctions
Nest Egg Auctions was a New England auction house in Plantsville, Connecticut, run by auctioneer Ryan C. Brechlin and Mary Ellen Brechlin. For example, past sales featured fine art, antiques, estate jewelry, rocks and minerals, Asian and tribal art, and U.S. coin collections.
Today, however, we no longer schedule our own sales. Instead, each specialty now has its own home. For instance, Safe Deposit Box Auctions sells the contents of abandoned bank safe deposit boxes and also works with banks on liquidation. Similarly, Connecticut Firearms Auction handles gun collections and military collectibles, while Good Bottle Auctions sells collectible whiskey, wine and spirits.
